Worldwide Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery times vary based on location, with standard post taking 7 to 24 working days, depending on your shipping address.
Express Shipping
Need your order faster? We offer express delivery with tracking to most locations around the globe. Please contact us to request a quote. As a general guide:
- US and Canada: Delivered in 2-6 working days.
- Other countries: Delivered in 5-14 working days.
In certain regions, express shipping isn’t available due to unreliable services. If this applies to your area, we’ll let you know upfront or you can get a head of the game and add a message to your check out.
Customs Fees
If you're ordering internationally, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. Unfortunately, ClearAirDevices.ca cannot cover these fees as they are specific to the receiver's governmental requirements. Can I Choose a Different Shipping Provider?
We currently do not offer the option to choose other shipping providers. After extensive research, we’ve partnered with providers who offer the best blend of excellent service and competitive rates.
Returns and Exchanges

Things to Keep in Mind:
- Return shipping costs are not covered.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
