If you've bought a ClearAir Device product and it hasn't performed to expectations or if you want to know more about the brand, please send our support team a message. They like nothing more than making people smile and given half a chance will partake in some playful banter.

Worldwide Shipping
ClearAir Device ships anywhere with a letterbox. We usually dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery times vary based on the selected destination. Regular post ranges from 7 to 20 working days depending on the shipping address.
Express Shipping
We offer express delivery to most locations with tracking available. Please contact us to get a quote. Express shipping is generally –4 working days for the US and Canada and anywhere from 5–12 working days for other countries. If you live down a kangaroo trail in Kalkarindji, please allow a bit of extra time.
In a few locations around the world, we don’t offer an express option. This is because the current express services in those regions aren’t reliable enough, or there are currently no options available in that region.
Customs Fees
Extra duties and taxes may apply for international orders. ClearAir Device will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer. If you’d like to find out more please email our support team.
Can I choose a different shipping provider?
No, sorry. We’ve searched high and low, and our provider offers the best combination of excellent service and competitive rates.
Returns
We offer a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team at info@clearairdevice.com and we will be happy to work with you.
There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We will happily help you process an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition, unused with packaging intact. Please reach out to info@clearairdevice.com for help.
Why We Don't Offer Phone Support
We’re a small, and enthusiastic global team of people eager to answer your questions and solve your ClearAir Device issues, no matter where you are sometimes regardless of the time of the day or night.
We do this through multiple digital channels, but we don’t offer phone support for the following reasons:
- We wouldn’t be able to offer the same level of support over the phone, as we often need to share photos of products or screenshots of the website with our customers. Email and chat are best for this reason.
- We can instantly check your order status or solve an issue online without needing to put you on hold.
- Using online support channels allows us to keep your information and support history in one spot, making sure that we have a detailed account of our communication with you. Nobody likes having to explain a situation over again because you get a different support person when you call.
